However, time and efforts are put into organizing the itinerary and hotels booking so we would be grateful that all requests and bookings be made with genuine interest and incase of any postponed journey we are informed 48 hours earlier.
Only after we receive your flight booking confirmation via emai we will start booking for hotels and organize the tour for you
Payment is settled either via paypal, our secure credit card portal or cash up on your arrival in Kenya. We do accept cash (USD or Euros) or credit card (Visa and MasterCard). kindly note there is a surcharge of 5% on all credit card payments.

We as much as possible try to accommodate any alterations in the tours and itinerary as we understand that circumstances can change. However, any fees incurred for these alterations will be charged to the client.
